Tru by Hilton Edmonton Windermere

Everything is good but doesn’t provide enough supplies like dental kit. But the staff were all accommodating and nice.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tru by Hilton in Edmonton. As a Hilton member, I expected better service and amenities, but this location completely missed the mark. First off, the pool was freezing cold completely unusable. To make matters worse, they advertise a hot tub that simply doesn’t exist. False advertising at its finest. The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed clueless about basic hospitality. It felt like they were either poorly trained or just didn’t care. Housekeeping is only done at check-in and check-out. So if you're staying more than a night, don't expect fresh towels, a cleaned room, or even trash pickup unless you specifically request it something they don’t make clear upfront. Breakfast was another letdown. It’s basically just a cereal bar and a few sad pancakes that taste like cardboard. Not what you'd expect from a hotel that tries to present itself as modern and guest-focused. Overall, it feels like this place is cutting every corner it can while still charging you full price. Hilton should really reconsider putting their name on properties like this.

There was no body wash in the shower Noisy surroundings could hear footsteps either above or in hall. No glasses of any kind in rooms. Bed protruding the mattress injury hazard. Nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed.

It is very nice and clean and location is perfect . New hotel and nice staff .

I was happy with this hotel. My only issue was no coffee maker in the room. I might have been able to request one, but was too busy to make the attempt.

Smallest room ever with a king-sized bed. Windows do not open at all which maybe added to the stuffy feeling? No coffee maker in room - generally lobby was either out or cold. (Yes, coffee drinker here lol) Mini mini fridge. Ran out of soap and found out dispenser was beyond disgusting inside - shower and sink! Ending continental breakfast a bit later than 9 (even on the weekends?) would be nice. Have never seen such small and triangle shaped baggage carts: not fun even with not much! The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch though and exercise room had a great variety of equipment.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the room was very modern minimalist decor. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable in some ways it dominated the room,we would have appreciated a couple of chairs to sit on rather than the bed. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I have stayed here before several times. It is a clean, quiet well maintained property.

Lounge is big, pool table, nice interior design for relaxation.

The property for the most part provided what was needed.

For that price is good But the breakfast had no sausage n i love sausage for breakfast lol

Great newer clean hotel. Free breakfast was great. Parking lot was small and parking was tricky.

people using pool that were not guests. room was very small breakfast was not good even compared to other hotel breakfasts no microwave or coffee maker or pencil and paper bare bones place

A little disappointed because the facility has no hot tub, otherwise it’s all good.

It was a wonderful stay! Very neat and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.
