GLENVIE ITC PLAZA CHONGQING

We loved most of our stay at theGlenview ITC. It was well appointed and very well located in a very large and complicated city. We were so happy to be able to walk everywhere that we wanted to explore. Our room on thw 29th floor had a lot of space and a great view of the river. The only thing that was disappointing was that the swimming pool was being cleaned so we were not able to enjoy that ammenity.

The best hotel :)) super happy with all the food and service and location. Shoutout to Mia the staff member who was the kindest!

A Decent 4* hotel, local to attractions. Communal areas of the hotel were stunning (lobby, elevator hall and sky bar), our room could be potentially leaning towards needing a re-furb in the near future, but was clean, luxurious, and had good views.

Everything that I want is there and staffs were very helpful!

The botel is pretty big and historic feel. Service was excellent. However the room we had 1518 smelled of body odor it was so bad i couldnt sleep so i called front desk they came up within 3 mins ans gave me the room next door. I guess its just not my cup of tea i prefer more modern hotels. This hotel is old. I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation, moxy which was awesome and cheaper, niccolo and parcvue in chengdu and all of those were amazing and smelled so good! We ate at the chinese restaurant on 8th floor it was good but pricey compared to other places. I also did the massage spa and its not worth it at all instead try golden impression so much cheaper much more service and they offer free buffet of actual good snacks food and cold n hot drinks. The hotel spa offered terrible tea and terrible gross snacks. Would not return. We also did room service the fruit and wonton soup was good. But the cart they used to roll in the food was disgusting it looked like it cane from a morgue it had thick dirt buildup i lost my appetite.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel has aged, but it is still wonderful. The breakfast is amazing, the staff wonderful and my entire stay was excellent. I loved Chongqing and the hotel neighborhood is excellent

Excellent breakfast (finishes at 1:30pm so it's more like brunch), with a huge spread of Chinese and international options. Very helpful staff, clean rooms and perfect location to explore the city centre on foot - would happily stay here again.

My wife and I had stayed this excellent hotel for 4 days. We had great experiences staying in it. The hotel is clean. Room is comfortable. Amenities are great. Staff is very nice and helps. Especially the staff helps us to send our large luggages to our destination city which we felt great relief for following trips.

Convenient visit tourist spot and many eatering shop around. Room huge and clean. Staff are friendly and easy to call taxi within minute.
