Staff friendly(helped buy buffet breakfast via a Meituan App to save cost in half); even house keeping lady said “welcome back next time”; can do foreign currency exchange at front desk nowadays this is rare to find; huge room and clean; very comfortable huge bed and pillows super cozy; great location many dining out of door; view also spectacular; last words: very quiet room almost hear nothing outside. Fitness center a bit small and crowded but staff clean used equipment almost in real time

The Hotel is conveniently located next to the JingAn metro station. We only need five minutes walking to JingAn temple. You can go to Pudong airport by Metro Line 2. Very friendly staff.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Vienna. It is a little over one km from the city but we don’t mind walking. It is a quiet area and the hotel is very comfortable it is a very good hotel and I would recommend without hesitation!

like the location very much. next to subway, in the upscale city center, good and friendly service. It used to be the most advanced and high level 5-star hotel. Now the air-conditioning is out of date.

I had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Shanghai. The location is super convenient—perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. It’s also right next to a subway station, which made getting around incredibly easy.
The staff were all helpful and professional. I want to give a special mention to the housekeeping lady who was always so kind and friendly—she made sure our room was spotless every day. Also, a big thank you to Tom from the luggage department. He was very helpful with my heavy luggage and made both check-in and check-out a smooth experience.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a central and convenient area of Shanghai!

早餐用餐环境极差，冷气吹的饭菜都凉了，音乐很噪音，让吃饭环境不舒适，像野外Party似的。负责早餐入场的冯氏，居然不看前台发给餐厅的关于我们调整房间的报告，连续三天麻烦我们去前台再做调整。
