I really enjoyed my stay, I was across the road, which I can imagine will inconvenience some travellers as you do hear the trains from Victoria at all hours. Fine for me though. No complaints

The place is small but very very well kept. Rooms were cleaned and cared for daily. It’s very close to Victoria Station. Shower has good water pressure.

Greeted by very helpful front desk staff. In view of my walking with a stick we were given a room very near to the lift….but you could not hear the lift 😊. Information useful for our stay readily given. The Aircon was good but the real bonus was an opening window. Breakfast was a very good continental spread with something for everyone and continuously replenished. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby all day as well as a nice selection in the room. It was in a very central position just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Rail and Coach Stations, providing easy bus access too. The front desk staff were also very helpful re directions and about getting a taxi. Would definitely recommend and also stay again ourselves.. well done!!

The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. They gave directions, hailed a cab for us, gave us information about different restaurants, sight-seeing activities and they were able to provide tickets! This hotel is in a great location close to the bus and train station, shopping and restaurants. We had a room for 3 of us and it was small with not much extra room for our luggage. In addition, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time and they accommodated us. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for this hotel, we could walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going to see a show and the next morning we walked to Buckingham palace. Beds were comfy, air con was good, the only slight issue was the tube noise, to be honest it didn’t bother us much, we slept really well.

Ideal location close to Victoria tube station and easy access to the ground buses if using. Not a lot of shopping near by but there were grocery stores available for water etc There are two buildings that are part of the hotel. The main building has the front desk and breakfast. You will need to cross the street to get to the second building. Please be aware that these two buildings are NEXT TO THE TRAIN TRACKS. Although this did not bother us much, those who need a quiet night are not going to get it here. Our room had everything we needed (double pillows for my husband and we were able to borrow a UK adapter for our c paps). The staff are wonderfully helpful! When we needed directions to touring attractions and tube service to Heathrow. We would stay at this location again if we return to London.

I ended up in a tiny 4th floor room that was perfect in every way for a solo traveler. There is a little humming from the trains outside that I found helped me sleep! Staff was very courteous, amenities were all modern and excellent. Location near Victoria Station is ideal.
