The room was larger than we expected for England. Great location very short walk to Victoria Coach Station and a few extra minutes walk to Victoria Train Station. Very basic breakfast for 11 pounds…no coffee available to guest during breakfast hours.. it some instant coffee in room.

The room was clean and quiet, the A/C worked just fine, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Very convenient to transportation via Victoria Station.

Excellent location for exploring London on foot, in a safe neighborhood. There’s a great pub around the corner. Very close to train and bus stations and main tourist attractions and good restaurants. The air conditioning worked well. We had a great check-in experience. My wife and I were given an early check in after a bad day of travel and the man at the front desk even carried a heavy suitcase up a steep flight of stairs for us. That said, we had a tiny, though clean and comfortable room. Barely enough room for our suitcases. And as mentioned above, no elevator to the second floor.
