Good stay. Couple of problems with the room. One of which was not fixed. Good hotel, great location, yummy breakfast

Excellent hotel - clean, comfortable, friendly & professional staff and best of all PET FRIENDLY!

The hotel is nice, with a lovely reception and breakfast area. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room which was a good job since even that wasn’t very big, however this is to be expected in an old city with space at a premium. The bathroom was fairly dirty, the shower in particular and it leaked a lot over the floor each time we showered. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and we didn’t sleep well, then there was a lot of noise early in the morning, likely from other rooms. You could hear people moving upstairs a doors closing from some way away. Breakfast was good, maybe a little basic but nice. Great location being right in the center. Overall ok and likely the right price point but would look at alternatives next time.

Room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Only problem there was air conditioning unit right outside our window to the right of the room . This was continuously going off and on all night . Kept me awake all night . Disappointed if I’m honest but everything was lovely .

Very close to everything. And there is parking. Great for family!

It was a great location

In Bath.

Location is excellent and that is the only real reason to stay there. The sink was blocked- and after several attempts the reception answered. Maintenance man came and fixed quickly which was good. However then I found that a couple of the towels were dirty. The room had a number of items broken and not repaired- shower shelf with no shelf, the wall soap dispenser no longer attached to wall, the towel rail unable to hold a towel. The rooms are tired. We didn’t have breakfast there as expensive for what it is.

I was very disappointed with our room for the price we paid, the window was drafty window sill was very lose when we complained about the draft they put a towel on the sill. We wasn't happy because the room was cold all night. And the shower wasn't very clean either, so we asked for another room and that was much better. Where the hotel was great for getting around because it's in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. But i have stayed in better hotel's and cheaper.

perfect location for a weekend away in Bath . very close to many of the attractions and shopping . the rooms a very clean and the beds comfy . The hotel staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was a great start before our day shopping at the xmas market .

Ideal location parking next to hotel at £15 a day . Very noisy in the morning rooms not very sound proof . Toilet needed bleaching and a good bushing to clean it properly badly stained . Other than that it was fine

A perfectly situated hotels with seperate parking below. The room was good but the lighting was a bit poor. All in all though perfect for our nixed group

Top hotel to stay great location

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door.

A dreadful experience from start to finish. Check in was shoddy, the room was tired, not particularly clean and musty. Not what I'd expect from a big brand such as Hilton Hotels. I've stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions before and the standards continue to plummet.

Great location and parking was easy. Breakfast was just okay.
