Staff were welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was brilliant. Lots of selection and hot. Room was comfortable and a good size. The only small issue was the bathroom had no hand lotion, it had been left empty. Great hotel in an excellent location. We will be back

The hotel itself was great, however the room didn't have the heating working and the water for shower was luke warm. We only stayed two nights so we put up with the issue but if we was staying longer we would have mentioned this. The shower was not hot at all and would go cold whilst in it which was not very pleasant.

As we walked into reception we were met with an uninterested member of staff, which was a sign of the the experience we would be subjected to. As soon as I walked into room there was an overpowering smell of vomit . I proceeded to walk onto the carpet and stepped onto a wet patch . The cleaners had tried to clean it but obviously were unable to eliminate the smell. Asked reception for 2 pairs of slippers to which the initial reply was that there were none available. After a lengthy debate eventually were given only one pair. The night was very disturbed and uncomfortable . The noise from outside the hotel and the hallway was unacceptable. We were constantly disturbed and were shocked that the sound proofing was atrocious. We thought we’d try this hotel again to give it another chance as last year we had a similar experience. But after this we have decided never to waste our money here again.

All is great

Hotel was cold and the room even colder - maintenance provided fan heater which we had to keep on all night!! Bathroom was terrible - it was an accessible one - mirror and sink were so low we had to use a chair to wash with. Bathroom did not have good lighting or shelving for make up purposes and to put any other items on! We felt a little unclean in there and it just was not a good experience.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, very comfortable bed.

We were there for the Model Train Show so it was a perfect location. The bar/restaurant on second floor was great. It was confusing when the red dot restaurant was open. They provided ice for the room at the bar when asked. We were surprised we couldn’t charge the restaurant to the room. Overall a good stay.

Very clean, smart building in a good location, in the centre of a retail. What makes the hotel stand out is that it forms the perimeter of the MK Dons football stadium

Very good breakfast. The room was a very long way from the lift and I think the hotel should point this out as guests as like us they may be elderly and find such a long walk, right round the length of the football stadium.

2nd stay here. Amazing hotel. Highly recommend

We had an accessible room, the flooring in the shower was a little damaged through wear and tear, the bathroom lighting was quite dingy. The rest of the room was lovely. The breakfast was fabulous and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

very welcoming check in, i have to be honest and say i was itching in the bed i was in (3074) there was chewing gum rubbed into the bathroom area surrounding the sink and the TV channels are poor, the walk can be far to your room and they went a long way past my long walk and the noise from outside if i guess not pitch facing was quite loud late and early

Very impressed. Spotless room. Very interesting to see the MK Dons pitch. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast too expensive at £20 per person, and a bit chaotic but the food was good. Shower in our room had no power.
