lovely lady at front desk although room of three one of the beds didnt come made as expected but overall a good experience. Very close to airport terminal (walking distance) nice breakfast.

Another great stay , beds really comfortable breakfast hot and fresh at 5am with excellent coffee ! Booked in advance so got a good price and Will continue to stay here when flying from Stansted , departures a few minutes walk away so ideal

Air conditioning barely cools, room very hot. As window cannot be opened by design, there's no way to cool the room down. Staff cannot do much about that, they proposed they could provide a fan, which sounds like a joke. I don't recommend this hotel in the summer.

Little bit of a wait to check in but lovely clean room, albeit on the small side. Unfortunately found the bed to be far too firm so not a great night's sleep. However breakfast in the morning was great...the little one loved making his own waffles!

The hotel is in a very good location, what lets it down is the terrible customer service or should I say complete lack of it If your travel plans change unexpectedly then do not expect any help from this hotel I have stayed at this hotel many many times over the recent years, as have family & friends but now will only stay at the Raddison Blue hotel which is next door

Room was clean but I could smell a sewer in the toilet. Running a tap did not cure the problem. Breakfast table did not have many choices but what it did have, was a good quality. OK rating overall.

The room was clean, the gym was fresh and equipment was in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location excellent. The think that spoilt our stay was the quality and price of our evening meal. Two portions of fish and chips and two soft drinks about £47. The fish was very greasy and unpleasant. Next time we would take a salad or something with us. Would stay again.
