Very welcoming on arrival, lovely room clean and tidy. The bed was a bit on the small side and the shower could be a bit more powerful maybe a different shower head that is a bit more adjustable so that you can back in the bath a little. Bar lounges were excellent with lovely seating areas and plenty of space.Outside seating gave you a lovely sea view. Food was good but would possibly like to see nuts/crisps available in the bar. My one disappointment was when the draught beer was not working we had to get bottles of beer which was turning out more expensive with the cost of £6 a small bottle compared to £7 a pint, maybe in cases like this a deal should be offered. Any member of staff we came across were cery friendly and approachable. Will definitely be back Would/will definitely return

The room was terrible .we were told we would have courtyard view .we have stayed at Haven Hotel several times before over a few years always been really happy with our rooms.we were put in room 205 fully frosted window that was locked shut it was very windy outside we had to push tissue in it to stop it rattling .overnight there was a.continous load noise from a generator or something outside window we couldn't see out to see what it was. Also a dog was barking on corridor opposite for some time in evening .then a noisy group came in at 2-30 am didn't get any sleep at all.it was our wedding anniversary and my 80th birthday ,it was only for 1 night and I should have complained at time put up with it .I felt ill all next day because of the stress .we went on to stay at.Durley Dene hotel in Bournemouth for next two nights and it was lovely.not one problem .I just hope Haven look into this as it ruined our weekend we won't be staying there again

Nice hotel with great facilities. Outdoor pool is warm and sauna / steam rooms were decent. However, I expected more of a view from a 'premium room' (picture attached). Annoyingly, the leisure centre (roof in picture) made an annoying humming throughout the night. Check-in was probably the fastest I've ever encountered and all staff with the exception of one miserable bar worker were absolutely excellent. Leisure staff were partcularly excellent. Breakfast was very nice and dining has great views out to sea.

Where the hotel was situated was lovely with access to the private beach. The staff were a little slow and unattentive. The pool has a bar but for beer you have to walk to other end of the hotel which is very odd. Nice and clean and breakfast i cannot fault, would stay again.
