Disappointing, and should be removed from the web. What needs to be clarified here is this is an apartment for rent, not a hotel. Some of our complaints: 1. There is no receptionist so we have to call the mobile number listed on the door. The clerk didn't come to see us, but we had to walk 200m to another road to get the key. Looking for it was difficult because he did not say where the key was taken, I called many times to ask for the exact location but he did not want to say even the name of the street he did not mention. Finally, after calling a number of times he came out of his office which apparently was a property sales office! 2. The room key was given but we had to pay an extra 30 pounds (or around 600 thousand rupiah) for the clean-up check-out fee. 3. After that he said that the room was not ready / not yet clean even though it was already 16:00 local time. So it's better to come in an hour. Though our goods are so many and heavy. 4. We stayed 3 days, no towel replacement and room cleaning. So what is the 30 pounds we paid for? 5. There is no air conditioning, there is only standing fan, the heater turns off, there is a bad odor continuously coming out of the sink and bathroom, there is no hotel staff, because this is not a hotel. Very uncomfortable. 6. For check-out we have to return the key to the property office, but even though it says it's open at 9, the door is locked and there is no one at all, even though we have to leave immediately. So we just left the room key hanging on the door. Maybe you feel what you pay for. But this is an inappropriate example, because the night before we stayed at the M146 hotel on Baker Street at the same price, a strategic location (even more convenient) but the quality was much better. Hopefully in this apartment wengevaluni, and remove it from the list. We feel sorry if there are traveloka site users who experience the same thing with us. thanks.
