From the moment I arrived to the moment we left the experience was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful. The room was divine, the spa/pool was fantastic, a 25 meter pool so I could swim my laps. The restaurant took care of my gluten free needs. Everyone was so kind. The amenities were lovely.

A very well appointed hotel. Good room size, lighting, cooling and cleanliness. I liked the little things like coffee machine, plenty of milk, sugar and bathroom extras. A fridge provided and good quality glasses. Breakfast and dinner very good. I am very well travelled and this was one of the best. Good value.

The younglady Dasha was absolutely fantastic, great energy and enthusiasm, hopefully I got her name right, she basically set the mood and tone for my stay after a long and dreadful journey, the bar tenders were great, the amenities were top notch, from the swimming pool to the Sunna, gym, and hot tub, absolutely amazing , I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting London, the location is uncanny and close to everything, I should gatekeep this, but nahhh, it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny, can’t wait to be back.

I stayed in one of the suites on the 14th floor, the suite was ok; however, the bedding was stained when I got there; the bathtub was chipped. No drinks in the minibar. I would expect these things not to happen when I pay almost £700 for a night. The breakfast was very basic. I would give this hotel maximum 3 stars, it’s definitely not a 4* hotel.

Tried Tower Bridge to compare as we usually stay at St Paul's. The staff on entry weren't very engaged compared to St Paul's and didn't provide the "Platinum Perk" which was disappointing. The room was as expected. Sauna and pool state open till 10pm, we tried to get there for 9:25 on Friday evening but were told it was already closing. The board at the front desk said they gym was out of service but when we got down to the wellness area it was open, would have gone down earlier had I known it was working. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are all in solid working order and the pool is better than St Paul's.

The staff were all really helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern. Worth booking the executive room as the executive lounge has snacks and drinks available all day. The spa was good and the pool is large so never felt full. The room was a really good size and again very modern with a big bathroom.

Great location for our trip, 5-10 minute steady stroll to the Tower Hill tube station, great being so close to Tower Bridge to wander around the area at night to see it all lit up. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. (Concierge from Manchester sorry forgot your name but fantastic service and nice to have a chat with) if I had one point to mention it would be the spa area, great size pool and great to have sauna, spa and steam room but all were rather colder than I like, spa and sauna especially but that wouldn’t stop me booking here for my next London trip. In fact it’s highly likely I will rebook here again.
