London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and so kind. The guy who helped me with giant suitcases was very kind. Breakfast ladies were also kind and helpful. You should be proud to have such excellent staff.

It's a great hotel next to Heathrow London Airport, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Our room way ok. Beds countable and clean. Shower- tub. Water was messy, glass did not hold the water in the shower which water ended up all over the floor. We had to all for wash cloths, none in the room. They were busy and recommend us to go to the bar for ice bucket to be filled.

Very convenient to Heathrow, room was large and bed comfortable. Hotel restaurant was decent and a good bar area

Clean room and Courteous staff

Marriott Heathrow is very clean with a great restaurant. The only downside is that there is no shuttle to the airport; this seems like an obvious amenity to offer for an airport hotel. I had to book a shuttle at additional expense; I would have much preferred it to be included in my room fee.

This was a sad experience for a Radisson hotel. It felt dated. The staff was nice. Restaurant dinner service was slow by breakfast staff were good. The bathroom felt like something from a 2-star hotel.

Stayed here on a one-night layover. Very “American style” (free standing modern building with big rooms) Marriott other than not having a free shuttle to/from airport. Uber was a little over 20GBP. Because the hotel is not on the airport grounds, You can walk around the corner for about a 1/4 mile and get a decent meal and a beer at a neighborhood pub that has indoor outdoor seating called the Pheasant. Very welcoming and avoids eating in the hotel restaurant although the hotel restaurant was not terribly expensive and looked okay. There’s also a pharmacist and grocery store around the corner the other way about 1/2 mile off if you need anything.
