Well located for Manchester Picadilly - less than 10 minutes' walk. Just what you expect from a Marriott - clean and well appointed. My room was very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed for one night and booked three rooms. Overall, the staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent value at £15 with a good selection.
However, there were a few disappointing points. None of the three rooms had complimentary toothpaste or toothbrushes, which is something we’ve come to expect from many hotels. More importantly, the bathtubs in all three rooms were not clean, so we decided not to use them.
With a bit more attention to cleanliness and room amenities, our stay would have been much better.

Lovely large comfy bed and good strong shower. Bathroom was a bit tired and grubby and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They rarely left towels and teabags, they usually didn’t clean the toilet and we didn’t appreciate having to go on a scavenger hunt every day to get drinking water for the room by filling up a carafe. I expect better for the price.

Modern hotel with convenient location to train station and very good breakfast. Very helpful that breakfast started at 5:30 am for our flight.
Only negative is the pillows were too high. The staff gave us towels to use the second night.

At first glance the room was clean. However, when I opened the fridge I saw a half full bubble tea drink (maybe from the previous guest). The bed pillows were also dirty and I spotted a makeup stain on one of them. The spa was dirty and the towels had a strong unpleasant dirty smell. When I complained to one of the spa staff about the smell of the towels, she replied with an indifferent tone “we are working on it” and nothing else. The front desk people were helpful and friendly.

Hotel a bit tricky to find if walking from Manchester Piccadilly station. Room itself was exceptionally large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice (albeit limited options) and check-in and check-out were very prompt despite the hotel being busy. Recommended!

Enjoyed our short stay. Very nice bar food and not too pricey. The lounge area also very nice. Room a good size and comfortable. Clean, modern bathroom. Right next to Piccadilly station & mill point halls if you’re moving a child in or out

First class hotel in a good location. Not in Piccadilly Gardens, but that's a good thing because it's quieter. Very handy for Piccadilly station. Great rooms with everything you need. Good bar.
