Moxy Bristol

Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent. I have stayed in hundreds of international hotels. A few things I found lacking were; no free bottle of water, no drawers for underwear and such things (thus appears to only cater for one night stays). Light under the bed coming on when getting out of bed is annoying as it kept coning on/off very frequently especially when unwanted. Wish the hotel rooms had a balcony.

Trendy vibe and great looking decor. Would probably be great for a night out. Re staying check in was an odd experience took absolutely ages as the staff had to double up doing that with bar service but was met with a super friendly chap (sorry I was pretty uncommunicative at that point - tired from travel etc - but your efforts were noted and appreciated). The room itself nicely presented and very clean, bed was comfortable but there was no drawers to put clothes in so not v suitable for longer stays. Room was baking hot at night - air con available but didn’t amount to much. Breakfast service staff were fairly curt and wasn’t easy finding the bread. Breakfast seems to be highly rated here but I didn’t think there was that much choice especially if you are looking for a healthier breakfast (donuts anyone?) but obviously a matter of taste. Also not great seating for lone travellers there were these odd little seat booths which looked fun but not all that practical if you’re broad shouldered you end up with back pain twisting to eat your breakfast. I probably would come back here but more for one of the evening events back to back with a one night stay rather than a long weekend break. Room was quiet and excellent location so despite some of the quibbles overall I thought good value for money.

Cool vibe , comfy bed and super clean room making your stay really great. Helpful staff let me check in early and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink . Lovely quiet room and excellent breakfast ! Recommend this place

Room was spotless but the rest of the hotel felt dark and unwelcoming. I get they are going for cool and trendy but it's not for me. Didn't help that I was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes waiting for a maintenance guy to come and rescue us.

Good choice at breakfast from the mixed (hot/cold) buffet. Relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant stay. The only negative is parking, if you travel with your own car you have to park in the multi-story shoppers car park on the opposite side of the M32.. but in fairness, that is not the hotel's fault.

The room had everything we needed and was clean. Staff were helpful when we spoke to them but we did have to wait a while each time.

Perfect place to stay in Bristol. Good size rooms, clean, quiet and great discounted parking! Ideal for exploring city centre and even beyond. Close, convenient and safe. Will definitely stay here when visit Bristol again!

Nice hotel, convenient for the station, right by a good shopping mall. The #8 bus took me around town, all the way to Clifton. Bristol is a cool destination, lots to do and see. I enjoyed returning to the Moxy at night and relaxing in their excellent bar

Highly recommend Moxy Bristol. Location near to places a usual tourist would like to go. Amenities 🌟, room clean and huge, staff helpful and welcoming.

I had confused my dates and arrived a day early by mistake, the guy on check in was very patient & extremely helpful sorting it out and even got my Marriot Bonvoy points set up. The hotel is modern & fun, my room was clean with a big tv & wifi. A really comfortable Queen bed with good quality linen. Bathroom spotless & shower very good. All in all it’s great value & a good central Bristol hotel at a very reasonable price.
