Great hotel. We always stay here when visiting London, good location great team.

Good location near Kings Cross.

Quick overnight stay. Convenient location near the Eurostar station. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Never used the sauna or fitness center.

This is a transit hotel, despite its self-advertising as anything else. Hotel is located right next to St Pancras train station. There is no ramp to roll up any luggage nor are there porters to help. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was polite. The room was average. Bed was made and soft. Clean sheets. Complimentary water in the fridge. One massive drawback. Shower was very bad - not just because it’s a half pane of glass and there is no shower curtain, but also the shower drain does not drain any water at all so showers are either under 2 minutes or you’re spilling water directly into the bathroom floor. A minor drawback. Our keys just stopped working the next morning. No explanation other than it happens.

A lovely hotel very close to King’s Cross St Pancras station. Room was clean, only negative is I expected it to have USB charging points in room but it didn’t

We loved our stay! It was my family's first visit to London, so I wanted somewhere centrally located but near the Eurostar train station. I loved the room layout with the sofa bed separated from the King bed so parents could have some space away from kids. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room was comfortable, staff helpful & food & drinks to a high standard, however 2 out of 3 lifts being out of service was problematic to say the least.

Excellent location and quiet rooms. We appreciated the daily cleaning.
