Great modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is well situated to get to the Charles de Gaulle airport.

The room and hotel were very clean. The linens were exceptional. Nice choice of wines, and great coffee. The staff were very pleasant and professional.

One of the best hotels I have been in. Everything is nice .Food is good. and about 10 minutes walk to terminal 3. 5 min walk to train station.

great stay, super easy access to CDG

I've been to CitizenM hotels in different cities. Same moderness and cleanliness. I chose the walkway side, which I'm glad I did for peace and quiet. Water and coffee free from the bar. All staff I encountered were very friedly and helpful. Very short walk to CDVAR.

This hotel is conveniently located near CDG Paris airport. Signs in airport clearly show where to go for hotels and tram. We got off at stop for our hotel (5 min on tram) another 5 minute walk to hotel! Would stay again. Super modern, clean and quiet from airport noise. Nice bar and restaurant in hotel. Rooms are very small. One side of bed was against the wall, so if you are two people, one needs to climb over the other to get out of bed. No problem for one night. Staff very friendly. It’s self check in but two staff were there to help us!

Clean room, nice bar area with a good variety of food options. The staff we spoke to all were pleasant, helpful, and fluent in English, which made everything go smoothly.

Very convenient location when catching a flight the next day - right at the Paris RER

iPad in the room was not working. Despite our report it was not fixed. Overall hotel is outdated and could be maintained better

Above expectations, high tech and quiet

Perfect for an airport stay over. Room is cosy, modern and clean. Lots of gadgets to play with from day and night blinds to ambient lighting and mood music. All needs catered for and the downstairs lounge is pretty cool.

Excellent option if you are unexpectedly delayed at Charles de Gaulle. Accessible by foot from any terminal, and very close to Terminal 3. Very functional, excellent staff, quirky decor, building on the egalitarian theme. Recommended.

Very nice quirky place to stay overnight

This was a lovely place and close to the Metro. Very quiet neighbor with close shops and cafes!

Wanted to stay close to CDG airport for return flight to US. Really not looking for much else. A what a wonderful experience. Staff was great. A travelers’ hotel. Efficient. Nice bar. Nice restaurant. But best part was a 5 minute walk to Terminal where we caught a train to our departure terminal. We were checked in, bags dropped, and through security in 1 hour. Super easy. No stress. Far better than I expected.

Room was very small and weird. It was like staying in a motorhome.

Our first stay at a Citizen M hotel was positive. The only hic was the AC which could have been a bit more present. The staff were helpful and the food options satisfactory. We’d stay here again.
