Hotel West End Nice Promenade

An excellent hotel located in a great area in front of the beach.

we had to move rooms which was very inconvenient they should have just put us into the same room from the beginning. we were in monaco enjoying ourselves but had to rush back. poor communication

This has been an amazing experience, from exceptional staff meeting us, then arranging to hold our luggage till the room opened (we arrived very early from a flight). Then the staff matched our first day room, with our tour group next 3 days, to allow us to stay in the same room. Both restaurant and breakfast are exceptional, with great staff. Good and drink 5 of 5 stars. Overall, the hotel is a masterpiece! And our partial ocean view small suite is wonderful, with good view of city and ocean.

we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time.

West End hotel is in such a great location with easy access to everything and lovely promenade walks in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The staff are very helpful and rooms are always clean

We just stayed at the Hotel West End Nice to celebrate a big birthday and anniversary. It was also our first time in France. I was so nervous about a non-refundable international booking, but let me tell you that this hotel made our trip SO special and memorable. I will never forget it. After booking a Deluxe sea-view room, I emailed them ahead to confirm, and they replied promptly. When we arrived, we were treated to a stunning full view oceanfront room in a historic hotel that has been painstakingly cared for. I was awed, just blown away. Marie at the front desk was so sweet and patient with us when we arrived tired from a long flight and gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay. The historic hotel itself is beautiful, and constantly being meticulously maintained. You can tell how much pride and care they have in the property. Our room was very clean, sanitized, and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. We had no mold or repair issues. The hotel is bustling with guests during the day, but quiet at night. Our booking included the French buffet breakfast every morning, and that was another highlight of our trip! We ate there every morning. The hotel is central to many landmarks. It's on the promenade, beachfront, easy access to trains, buses, and trams. I can say that I didn't have a single interaction with the hotel that was negative. Everyone is so professional, helpful, spoke English, and very friendly. Would absolutely return to them again.

The staff was so helpful and kind, and the hotel is lovely and clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Amazing location , nice airy room

I upgraded to a triple room. Picture showed a sitting area and loft with extra bed. What I received was a small side room with bunk beds. No couch or extra space to hang out. Definitely felt like a bait & switch. It was just me and my adult daughter. There was no bar for a drink and we had planned to use our room for gathering.

We got the sea view room, everything was good and the staff were friendly as well. Breakfast was great!

I visited Hotel West End in Nice, France ten years ago. I was struck with the beauty of the hotel and its old World charm. It is as I remembered. The hotel is elegant and well maintained. Warm touches throughout, including beautiful boutiques of fresh flowers as you step onto your floor. One of the oldest hotels in Nice, it is well situated off the Promenade, and makes for easy walking along the shore and into the Old Town. We arranged a pick up service, through the hotel, and was picked up on time (despite several airline changes), with a greeting by name, on arrival. Check in was expedient, professional and friendly. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet as an add on to our package, and we could not be happier with the friendly staff service, expediency (in clearing used dishes), and maintaining a fantastic and full buffet (with fresh scrambled, eggs for boiling, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit (in salad and whole), full characuterie section (cold cuts, cheeses, etc.), and let's not forget the fresh baked goods (croissant, crepes, breads, pastries). Many more items.
