The room was very clean. The lift was broken when I arrived but they were so lovely and switched my room. Where helpful and so nice.

Friendly hotel staff, great service and the plus points is the free open bar from 2pm - 2am! Although there’s not much left if you go to the bar at late hours, it’s still very nice for guests to have some drinks. We also appreciate the free mini bar in the room, which offers still water/sparkling water/juice/pepsi cola. There is also coffee and tea to choose from.
The bed is comfortable and hard enough, we also found the space of the room and bathroom is very good.
The location is also good for exploring the city, walking distance to some sites and public transportations/train station (gare du nord).

My mother and I both stayed here, and enjoyed it very much. The staff was attentive, thoughtful and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast and the afternoon/evening snacks were delish. The rooms were smallish but very nice - and the fridge with (free) drinks was the right touch for the end of a long day. And the location wA fantastic - 20 minutes by metro to reach anything we wanted to see or do. We’ll be back!

Close to everything, wonderful staff, cleaned room daily and loved those free snacks and drinks from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am. First we booked for 3 nights and extended for 3 more nights as we liked so much. We didn’t buy their breakfast for first three days. If you buy ahead of time at checkin it’s only 10 euros per person if you buy on the days it’s 23 euros each. Paris is expensive, for what they have to offer 10 euros is very cheap. Go ahead and buy at check-in.

Staff is polite but slow and making mistakes. When checking in, I got a key to a room which was occupied. I entered a room while another person slept in her bed in the middle of the night, and of course she was terrified to see someone unlocking the room and entering.
I went back to the reception and they just gave me another room, they were not really cincerned that their customer had such experience in the middle of the night.. When leaving, after paying, it took few hours to get a receipt by email, after several calls to the front desk.

Excellent air conditioning. Really pleasant and helpful front-desk staff. Convenient and safe location. Breakfast was good. All in all, a terrific hotel. Also, the double room was enormous and very comfortable. Single was nice too and reasonably priced. I'll stay there again.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was very nice and the rooms were exceptional. I booked an apartment since I was travelling with 2 kids. The apartment was very specious and clean.
24 hour snacks in the lobby were an icing on the cake. I booked it for 6 nights and the beds were quite comfortable.
The only thing I would recommend is to have different breakfast items and not the same everyday.
