This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay.

Staff were professional and friendly. Would have liked a bottle of water included in the room rate as well as hair conditioner and carpet in room could do with a wet clean but room and bathroom very clean other than that.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Novotel in Les Halles. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. Although breakfast was nice and had plenty of selection, just be prepared that whatever time you go down for is that it seemed to be quite chaotic. But overall we had an enjoyable stay.

We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral

The breakfast is not worth 25Euro and freshness and cleanliness questionable. The hotel is very convenient. The rooms are comfy and quiet and clean but the hotel has zero amenities and has alot of construction on lower level. It’s over priced for a hotel whose facade is essentially boarded up.

The property was under renovation whilst this was not communicated to us before our stay. This was not an inconvenience but we would have chosen a different property should we have known. We were told by staff that this was the case for the past year and looks like it needs more time to finish! Having said this this hotel is super centrally located and very convenient close to amenities. The photos on hotels.com are nothing close to reality especially given the renovation being undertaken Hot water in the shower is warm at best!

Was the best hotel we stayed in the whole trip, they let us use the air conditioner, weird thing for April in France. Hotel was located on a very central area, full of cozy restaurants. The staff was amazing.

The location is definitely the best part of this hotel and was worth it for convenience. However, the service and room cleanliness were disappointing. I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never came unless I repeatedly asked. At one point, an employee even placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of my door so they wouldn’t have to service the room. I had to speak with a manager just to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. They were also doing construction during my stay, so there was loud banging early in the mornings, making it far from peaceful. While the location was perfect, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and noise made the overall experience frustrating.
