Thank you, Pullman Tour Eiffel who can make my last day vacation really perfect! As a hospitality person, your hotel was very comfortable with nice view. Merci to all Pullman staff who handle us start from we arriving till we check out, and a very special thanks to Madam Orlene & Madam Juliette who upgarde our room in the eiffel view in our balcony and also give a little surprise for us! This was our first time in Paris. Great view from hotel. Only had 2 days but the area was easily accessible. Took the TOOT bus tour and boat ride. Loved that we could do some much in 2 days. Burger place

Awesome view of the Eiffel Tower, great access to public transport, taxis lined up outside ready to go too. Great central location. Room well maintained and clean, plenty of elevators, fantastic buffet breakfast options. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Close enough to the Seine but one street back away from the traffic and pedestrians so nice and quiet.

Our room had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower. The hotel was conviently located and the staff was professional, attentive, accomodating and all around top tier.

There was a young man at the front desk was super rude and impolite, can’t believe he just ignored me and not answered me when I was asking him for help, he was purposely pretended talking to other staff besides him , he even walked away from me, unbelievable!

Great stay. Amazing views of Effiel Tower. Great room Service options. My only complaint, I booked a high floor and was given floor 5 out of 10 floors. Which is middle. I paid extra for a room they didnt give me. They didn't really care either. That was very disappointing

Hotel should organize waiting line for reception. You either get cut or cut the line unintentionally coz there are 3 reception desks but no signs where the line should start.

Spiders and bugs and dirty! Food was good and nice employees. Just definitely not worth the cost. My daughter is scared of spiders they were coming out of the ceiling lights. We didn’t get the needed sleep and got bit.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Pullman. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the area very touristy obviously. This time we had a garden view room just to cut down on expense it was still quite pricey. The room was small we had twin beds they were very comfortable but it was clean we requested the room to be cleaned every day for towel replacement the cleaning staff did an amazing job the bathroom was spotless, beds made and garbage removed. The shower honestly is the worst at any hotel we've stayed. You have to climb up into the tub and it's very slippery -&; it has a half shower door water is always all over the floor.
