“Our stay felt like a true Paris experience. The breakfast was exactly what you’d imagine from a classic Paris breakfast — fresh, simple, and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect, close to everything, especially the Eiffel Tower which was only about a 20-minute walk away. Would definitely stay again!”

Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend

Perfect area to stay , clean rooms and nice staff, nice and quite .

Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two people enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great breakfast and close to many attractions including that big tower

Rayz’s location is ideal for a stay in Paris! The room was clean and tended to daily including fresh towels. The breakfast was very good as long as you understand what to expect- it is a continental breakfast with breads, spreads, ham, cheeses and drinks. Delivery to the room was friendly and prompt. The food was very fresh. The only downsides for us were that the room is very dark. There was no good lighting to apply makeup anywhere. There is a “makeup” mirror in the bathroom that has a motion sensor light which was not reliable, but the mirror was a magnifying mirror anyway. There was a mirror on the closet door, too, but again no lighting near the closet. We just wished there was a light over the bathroom sink was all. Also, the temperature control in our room didn’t seem to work. That was not too big of a deal since it was May and not too hot or too cold outside either. We managed. The 6th floor terrace has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and some seating to enjoy a drink. There is no restaurant on the 6th floor though - I am not sure why I thought there was but if you see any information about there being a restaurant at this hotel, that is not accurate. Overall, I would recommend staying here. We had a lovely time and felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Amazing location with clean and comfortable rooms. The view from the rooftop deck is incredible. The staff were so kind to us after we had a bad experience with an air bnb and needed a last minute reservation.

This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay. P.S. The welcome gifts were truly appreciated!

Adorable and charming property off the busy roads. Great neighborhood and close to Eiffel Tower

Very nice boutique hotel. The location is excellent with bus and metro stops within a block or two. Lots of good restaurants and food stores within easy walking distance. The room itself was nice and modern and we especially liked the small kitchen setup (microwave, refrigerator, mini cooktop, dishware/utencils) which enhanced our stay. I would point out that the hotel basically has no common public areas. There is a small lobby area with a sofa and a rooftop terrace with a few tables. There was no phone in the room to communicate with the front desk and there was not a peep hole in the room’s door to see who was at the door. Minor things. Overall, I liked the place and thought it was a decent value.

Excellent location, decent sized room with fridge/microwave/stove. TV’s version of chromcast didn’t work, but I bought a Google tv stick locally and that worked fine. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and great view from the rooftop

Great Boutique Hotel! Room was clean, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel location is wonderful, just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower and the Subway Station, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. And on top of it there’s a very nice rooftop area to chill and relax with an amazing 360 view of Paris. Will definitely come back when I can.

Front desk people very friendly and helpful . Place have a perfect location close to effiel tower, the view of my room stunning, and they bring the breakfast to your room every morning .

This was a lovely property, great location, wonderful staff, very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic stay, wonderful location and loved the balcony and rooftop

The breakfast was wonderful and the room was always made up when we returned. But what really stood out was the fantastic shower! The hotel was close to the metro, which is good, and there are plenty of places to eat right next door.
