Just a great hotel. will definitely come back. only things I fid not like and trust me it really doesn’t matter that much. elevator was cramped and no AC, would be a horor movie if you were stuck in there Athens has been graffiti ridden and I know that is not your fault. Your Hotel is amazing and we loved it thanks Clay

Beautiful hotel, well maintained. AC was a bit weak in our room but acceptable. The spa was very nice and adult only during certain hours . The outside pool hours were too short in my opinion. Open at 10:00 h and closed at 17:00h? Staff were excellent in restaurant and bars, very helpful due to a nut allergy. Need to take taxis due to location right next to the highway, but not that expensive. Store close by if you need to purchase water or other items! Great stay, beds very comfortable! Elevators are a bit small! If you are staying there for a pre cruise, exit your room early so you don’t get stuck waiting for an elevator for 20 minutes like I did! Overall I loved it!

Theres no queen beds, just two twin beds put together so you can feel in the middle of the “bed” the line. Too expensive to be waken up to screams from other guests outside my room. The floors in the hallway are all dirty and it feels like youre in a labyrinth. Slow check in/check out and the lady upstairs who was hosting the dinner made me feel uncomfortable because I had shorts on and she thought I was using swim shorts lol. I saw so many people with flip flops eating with their feet out that I started thinking she had a personal issue with my dress code. The food is really good and I was happy with the restaurant and the cocktail bar.

The breakfast was great. Customer service was amazing. I just feel they should change the carpet in the second floor and change the furniture in the halls. They look old and they don't go with the hotel.

I arrived after midnight to find a dirty room, no hand soap on the sink, and the AC was not working. I called the front desk to ask for help. The hand soap came about 20 minutes later, and the same technician came to check the AC. He said, "Nothing I can do for you," shrugged his shoulders carelessly, and left me to stay in the super warm room. I called the front desk again, and the attendant told me that he was sorry that there was no other room they could move me to, and he added that he would send me a fan to help with the heat in the room. The fan never came to my room, and I spent the night in a horrible situation. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Terrible check in and check out, need to provide proper trained staff. Holiday started badly after a significant wait to check in

Very friendly staff. The first room we checked into was not good and they helped us changing to a much better room right away. Rooftop is excellent!

Excellent pool and views of the acropolis. Rooms are comfortable but could use some update. Staff were okay not attentive

This hotel is what it is. A good overall standard and decent for the price. Pretty much what you would expect for a Hyatt in Greece. However… certainly not a 5* hotel or experience. Staff were ok but did not go beyond being ‘ok’. Wait times were poor (for 5*). Room was big and spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I booked an Acropolis view - which we didn’t get. Room as on the 1st floor so no view other than a busy road. I also paid for the club lounge which was ok too. Food varied considerably from one day to the next. Pool area is nice, but needs more beds. Service at the pool was slow. Some areas are in need of attention in the hotel but nothing too horrific - just looks tired in some places. However, would I stay again? Yes probably - for the price point and overall quality… yes. Would I stay again if I wanted a 5* hotel - no.

We were told that the lines to check in were very long, but we got in around 7 PM and there was no line, I believe it would be better to check in the evening.

Check in and out were a disaster, not enough experienced staff. Hotel was ok apart from that, but no intention to stay thete again. Will fond a different location when we return to Athens

1.5 hours to check-in!! carpets are extremely dirty , w stains all over. Don't give enough toilet paper and towels. Most staff are rude no sign of management running things. defiently not a 4-5 star hotel. More like 2 stars, breakfast buffet was awesome though
