Easy transportation access. The MRT is nearby. Laundry is nearby. Supermarkets are nearby. McDonald's and Starbucks are also nearby. The views from the elevators are also beautiful, just like at Hopewell. The staff are friendly and polite.

This is my go to hotel over the last 15 years every time I’m in HK. The hotel has been refreshed since the last time I came here (around 3 years ago). Expect the same friendly warm greeting and service with clean rooms.

The hotel is situated at a great location, very convenient for public transport. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff are well-trained and efficient. Breakfast is good, and there are a few food options within the hotel premises.

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design is so lovely. Edgy! The location is the best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert, and many more. There's also 7-Eleven & McDonald's open 24 hours nearby. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standards, their room is so spacious, enough for a couple of travelers.

Nice and helpful staff. There are literally people at every few feet of the facility that are ready to help. The breakfast was very good with many choices of food and delicious drinks.

Would happily stay again. Bus stop from airport very close to hotel, we got bus directly with no changes - easier & less expensive than the train. Highly recommend.

Desk staff were friendly. The loud music at the front desk was a little much while I was trying to hear the receptionist speaking in a loud whisper. I could do without the foreigners from India, Africa and who knows where else running the elevators - very rude and pushy, especially during checkout, where I was set upon by two of them talking at me at the same time.

Best experience we had in HK. The family room is super nice for families with kids. The room is so clean, the staff is so nice and helpful with everything. The gym and the open pool on the top floor is very nice. The location is right at the center of the city with easy access to food, shopping etc. Would like to stay here next time.

It was a very good stay. The location is near to a lot of shops and restaurants . Directly next to the hotel is a 7 eleven. We could check in 3 hours before.

Clean, helpful staff and convenient location- no complaints at all. Although breakfast is pricey, the food selection is excellent. The hotel has very cool vibes and is very nicely appointed once you are inside.

The hotel provides a reasonable place to stay if you want to explore Hong Kong. The staff were business like, but not exceptionally friendly. The room was adequate but did require a technician to be called at night to turn off the light, and the amenities were adequate. This hotel does have an outdoor pool but it is only accessible during the daytime, with reduced hours on some days. We did not use the food court.

I had a truly wonderful time at this hotel. Everything from the room to the amenities was absolutely top. The absolute highlight of my stay was the dining experience, all thanks to Angela Rai. She is truly exceptional! I’m looked forward to seeing her at both breakfast and lunch. Her warm, beautiful smile and amazing hospitality made every meal special. She goes above and beyond for the guests and brings such a positive energy to the restaurant.Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back to see Angela again!
