Hotel is amazing! We had a river view which is a must to enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could want and more. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip to Budapest a wonderful experience.

We upgraded to a river view room - the view was amazing! It was well worth the extra. Hotel is in a brilliant location for exploring the city. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Concierge services were great. Helped us get a restaurant reservation for a large group and arrange transportation to the airport the next morning. 5 plus stars for the concierge services! Check in was not great. I checked in at the exact same time as our traveling friends - literally side by side. It was 2:51 PM. Both rooms were ready and my friends were given keys and my wife and I were told to come back at 3:00 to get keys! I honestly thought the young man was kidding. 0 stars for the young man checking us in! Room was nice and clean. Shower temperature bounced around quite a bit. Other than that it was a nice hotel in a great location.

The breakfast is very good

The rooms were clean and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the Danube and Buda side of Budapest. The staff were helpful, kind and professional. The breakfast had everything one would need for a hearty breakfast.

The river view room was spectacular. The room a bit outdated though. The cleaning was excellent the first day, fair the next and non existent the last. I called to request immediate response since we were going out for the evening and had no clean towels. Also, would prefer an a la carte breakfast menu to be offered along with the buffet.

It was a great room, friendly and helpful staff. There was a good selection for breakfast served with a smile :-) The concierge staff were excellent with great recommendations for dinning out and seeing the best of the city.

Excellent location, accommodation, catering, and conference facilities.

Wonderful location, very close to the Chain Bridge and very convenient to public transportation. The staff was wonderful. My wife had a medical issue, and the hotel provided a car to and from an urgent care center at no cost to us. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would gladly stay there again if we visit Budapest

Wonderful location!

The room was quiet and dark room with an amazing bed! The view was spectacular! The staff were so friendly, happy and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding-all future restaurant breakfasts will be measured by how good they are compared to here-most will fail. We arrived in Budapest by train, took the metro then walked 10 minutes to the hotel-it was so fast and easy. The location is excellent. Stay here!

Great location on the opposite bank of the Danube from the palace. Easy walking around central Budapest and easy access via taxi or metro to City Park.

Great piano bar, great location

Excellent location and facilities with great views across the Danube of the Buda Castle from our 6th floor room ! Club facilities were very good and provided seamless check in and check out. Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to book various trips. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!!
