The location is quite strategic, near toll road gate. The service also satisfying with nice and helpful staff. They helped us to arrange twin bed to become doubled. This hotel also offers good breakfast with various choices

I will stay at this hotel again. My son always enjoys his stays here. He always cries after checking out because he's so comfortable.
Please improve the soups and hot food. Other than that, the service is excellent, and I will stay here again.

Never wrong, always stay with family at this hotel and never get bored staying here. Suggestion please eat soup so that it is always hot like the beef soto menu, in my opinion the soup is not hot enough so that the cabbage and tomatoes are not cooked. The most delicious menu when I stayed that day was the vegetable lontong menu.

The location is in the Sentul area, very beautiful, the staff is friendly, the bedroom, bathroom, and bed are very clean, the gym is small but well-equipped for daily exercise, and the swimming pool offers a view of the city.

The room is nice, comfortable, clean, but the swimming pool facilities for the bathroom are too dark, there is not enough lighting so it looks scary, there are parts of the swimming pool that are not tiled which can be dangerous if you are not careful when swimming.

A pretty pleasant staycation. The room was clean, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and the staff was quick to handle complaints. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a view of a wall when the curtains were opened. 😅 And the shower area in the pool area wasn't separated for men and women. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
