I completed the booking and paid for a specific room. But when I got there, the exact room I booked was given to someone else. Spent more than one hour discussing for a solution with the hotel staff, but no result. I called the agent help centre but they said they will escalate the issue to the hotel management, another hour was wasted. Finally, after long waiting, the hotel staff offer me a lower rate room and agree to return the room price differences. I placed in the deluxe room, the room itself was quite dirty, cupboard, desk, and other facilities look old.

Kotoran cicak ada dimana-mana 🤢. Kaca jendela di pasang stiker burem semua, jadi ga bisa melihat pemandangan keluar. Meja wastafel nya ketinggian. 🤦🏻‍ .
