The service is not satisfying so does the eat. We found lots of bugs such as cockroach and kelabang :(

Fast and friendly service. The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is pretty good and there are no additional fees for children. A large parking area and easy access from the Sumatran causeway. Swimming pool and children's slide.

When viewed from existing facilities, this hotel must be a luxury hotel. Maybe because it was not treated it seemed old. Plus the shop houses in front of the hotel are empty so it seems dark if it's night. The swimming pool is quite large, the water is clear, but the changing room facilities and others need to be fixed. Hopefully this hotel can be fixed again.

The first time came when I was going to sunset, the lobby was very quiet, there were no people, the receptionist was not there, the room was dark, after a long wait there was. The pool is dirty as long as it hasn't been cleaned. The air conditioner is dead. The breakfast is normal. Maybe it's because the place behind the mall that has been closed adds to the impression that there are no residents.
