The AC wasn't cold enough. The carpet in the room had some dirty corners. But fortunately, we got a city view. Breakfast wasn't buffet-style, and we only got coupons for a menu that could be exchanged at JCO because the hotel is affiliated with JCO, so it wasn't very impressive. The menu selection was limited.

overall good, love the rooms but the bathroom floor so slippery and the shower hose / cable to short and make the water flow slow when it's folded. seems the hose is the cheap one. other than that nice all

The access is a little bit going around the road because of the road construction around it. But the staff is friendly, location is good, room is clean. Breakfast is J.CO has variety of menu and its big portion.

I was disappointed with the last booking, the room that was booked for 2 days was filled by other guests when I left it, while my things were still inside 😊 Even though I have booked here several times, and it was always more than 1 day. Hopefully in the future you will be more careful in giving rooms to guests. Luckily my things, including my laptop, were not lost.

All the hotel staff are friendly, at first I thought it wouldn't be cold, but it turned out the AC was cold, maybe because it was just turned on at the beginning.. easy access everywhere MRT, KRL airport train Transjakarta, food and snacks are also plentiful in the area around the hotel, suggestions for more variations on the breakfast menu or a clearer explanation of the menu and hopefully there is a choice of cold drinks because what is offered is only tea and coffee (JCO brand). For access, hopefully there is a clearer sign because it turns out you have to enter through the side door
