The hotel's location is very strategic, close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. While renovations are underway in front of the hotel, I was fortunate to have a room on the 10th floor, so it wasn't too noisy.

All the hotel staff are friendly, at first I thought it wouldn't be cold, but it turned out the AC was cold, maybe because it was just turned on at the beginning.. easy access everywhere MRT, KRL airport train Transjakarta, food and snacks are also plentiful in the area around the hotel, suggestions for more variations on the breakfast menu or a clearer explanation of the menu and hopefully there is a choice of cold drinks because what is offered is only tea and coffee (JCO brand). For access, hopefully there is a clearer sign because it turns out you have to enter through the side door

The elevator, especially the right one, often has errors. We press which floor but it opens by itself and stops by itself on the 2nd floor in the dark and empty night, so it's surprising and a bit scary.
