All staff are friendly ... only during breakfast there is only 1 staff in the restaurant so it takes a while to ask for an omelette to be cooked or to clean an unused table or to refill food. there must be at least 2 people
. standby. food is OK. Thank you
the room is OK..if possible replace the bed because it is thin.
the noise from the street is understandable but if a soundproofing is installed it would be better so you can rest.
TV and Internet are not OK. can't be fixed anymore.
Hopefully next time I can come back with better conditions.
Btw this is my 2nd stay at Amaris. because it is close to Hermina Hospital.

Booking via Traveloka, well served at Amaris Hotel Bekasi Barat. Got room 607, everything was good, only there was a puddle of water on the toilet floor. Maybe because the slope of the floor does not point to the drain. The selector valve for the shower and the bottom tap is not functioning properly

Overall it's good especially if there's an event in Bekasi, close to LRT and surrounding malls. But if you can't stand the telolet in the morning, please ask for a room on a higher floor, I'm on the 3rd floor and I can hear it very well because it's close to the road, and hopefully the facilities that have been broken for a long time can be repaired, my room was like the trash can can't be stepped on, the soap dispenser can't be pressed,
