The room is clean and nice. I enjoyed 2 large fluffy pillows, the thing which is sometime isn't provided by 3* hotel...and this is 2* one!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than 14:00hrs, but staff is kind to let us check-in anyway. Our spotless clean non-smoking room is adequately furnished. Shower is clean. Loved the bed it's so comfy & has 4 pillows! Breakfast the next morning is superb & tasty, with wide variety of food. Checking out is fast. All staff we met are friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying at Amaris again next time.

This was my second stay at the Amaris Hotel Margorejo Surabaya, and overall, the experience was satisfactory. Price-wise, the hotel is very affordable yet still offers adequate amenities. The staff is friendly and prompt—even when the AC in my room leaked, the problem was promptly addressed.

Best.. Strategic location in South Surabaya area. Suitable for transit, close to the Train Station, Bus Terminal, and Airport. Located right in front of Marina Plaza, a shopping center for mobile phones and accessories. Close to McDonald's and Mie Gacoan is only a step away, but for friends who want other culinary delights, there are lots of them in the area. For the breakfast menu, there are quite a lot of variations, there are also traditional menus such as pecel, the taste is also delicious to the tongue. Continued success Amaris Margorejo!

This time I got room 1008. The only downside was the AC was dripping. Everything else was good, just like my previous experience. Hopefully it will be better.
