The staff is very friendly... The lobby area is also comfortable, with a welcome drink. Even when I arrived late at night to check in, the staff was responsive and, most importantly, receptive to complaints and input... The staff is awesome.

The price is quite affordable, the location is quite strategic, the service is friendly, for a room price of around 300 thousand the food is quite varied and the taste is quite good, I have stayed here twice, it's not bad, but it's a shame yesterday they only gave me 1 toilettes and 1 slippers, even though I was staying with two people, some of the towels were also torn. But overall, this hotel is recommended for staying if you have business around Jalan Pettarani

Hotel must have been nice when newly built. But now the rooms look shabby. Room was also damp like it has not been ventilated for awhile. Bathroom starting to look rundown and not well-maintained.
Breakfast was so-so, local rice and noodles breakfast with no eggs in sight.
I would look for other options at this price range when visiting Makassar again.

When I first entered the room it was dirty and smelly, the table and chairs were dirty as if they hadn't been cleaned, the sheets had lots of stains, the floor was dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned again but it still wasn't clean.

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Overall it's really good! The hotel staff are also friendly and very helpful during your stay.
