The hot water could not be used. When we entered the room, the smell was unpleasant and the towels smelled. The water tap was turned very hard. Twice when we tried to call the receptionist, she didn't answer.

Cheap price, very strategic hotel location, near the airport and Kuta tourist attractions, souvenir center. Need to rejuvenate the hotel facilities because it is old and needs to be improved the cleanliness of the rooms. Two thumbs up for the hotel employee service, very very friendly and fast in serving 👍
