It’s a good hotel. Easy to reach, just after Bogor toll road exit, turn to the right and it’s there, in front of Kebun Raya Bogor. Breakfast is nice. The staff are very kind, Pak Dede the front desk staff is very kind and helpful.

Great stay, good breakfast. This place close to KFC and Botani Square. You can ride damri bus to airport from botani square so it's good to stay here, close to Bogor's attraction. This room has classic design, pleasant stay there.

the price for 1 night is not satisfactory with the facilities available. The AC leaked badly like an open water tap. As a result, I stayed there, I didn't turn on the AC, because I was afraid of a short circuit. The cleanliness is also lacking, the toilet smells bad. Even though I wanted to go to Cileungsi, because I was curious about this hotel, I deliberately tried to stay here. But it was uncomfortable. 😔
I have complained but there was no follow-up and no one from the hotel contacted me.

unfortunately the pool water is not that good, my eyes were sore and my swimming exp was have to be cut short (I can only bear it for 10 min top). Also the pool staff was not there to attend guest's needs (such as towels/meal or drink orders, etc), I swam around 8AM, so not too early to not gave the chance for staff to clean up beforehand. The hotel design itself is classic, so classic that looks a little bit unkemp and furniture that starting to fade in color and chipping. Other than that, all was good. I slept well at night and the bed was comfortable and clean. Staff service mostly great. Thank you for the exp though.

Strategic location, satisfactory service but the facilities need to be updated a lot. Starting from the dusty room carpet, the shower glass door with the bottom hinge is about to come off, the sheets and pillowcases are already a bit yellow and smell of hair oil to the point of asking for a new one but the color is not clean white, the swimming pool water is cloudy as if it has never been maintained, the bathroom exhaust fan is dead from coming to ask for repair until going home there is no repair, the clothes hanger in the closet is not proper for a 4-star hotel, when at the swimming pool asked for a towel but until finished it was not given, the toilet cover is already yellow.
