Services are awesome. The room is a bit outdated hence, its quite spacious for the price. The coffee in the breakfast cafe is surprisingly awesome and the club sandwich is good. Reception and room services are very prompt in regards to my request! And the location is superb! All and all Love it!

Quiet, clean room. Older style like marble floors, wood panelling, and towels/bedsheets are on the older side but clean. I had a peaceful few nights in a very comfortable bed. There were amenities like a hairdryer and bedroom slippers, a large desk for working at. Excellent location in South Jakarta, there are affordable eateries nearby including the Lucy Compound and Blok M. Very satisfied. The massage at the spa was nice until the masseuse used her dirty hands which had massaged my feet to also massage my face. That was an unpleasant end to an otherwise enjoyable massage.

Wow, where do I start. First of all the room AC were not cold at all. Secondly for an old hotel, the F&B price way too much I think. Thirdly, after I check in, I go outside with my family and later arrived at the hotel again at 9 PM, while carrying my daughter who fell asleep. And turns out we cannot go into our room in 5th floor. We thought that there's something wrong with the keycard, so my wife ran to the lobby and the receptionist exchange the keycard. No surprise, the new keycard also doesn't worked. It turns out the battery sensor on the door runs out! Even though there's still more of my complaints, but I think those three was enough to not book a room here anymore.

I was assigned to a room and when I got in there, the bed wasn't made, there's still trash from the previous resident, and overall dirty. I asked to get a replacement room and was assigned to another. The replacement room was better but still terrible. The bed was made, no trash from previous residents, but the bathtub and the rook floor were dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned, the wooden pillars were dirty as well and showing signs of termites. They couldn't give any refund when I asked for it. So I guess I'll have to let them get free money from their very very very terrible management. I hope no one would book this hotel ever again. I recommend other hotels for similar prices but very different service and room quality. Sorry I didn't manage to take pictures because I was too busy booking another hotel. I gave my written complaint to the hotel management but I doubt they would do anything about it, so don't bother booking here.

Room very smell, bathroom full of mould very scared no pool no bar stail stink not happy as the price super expensive advertisment very good but the real very super bad hotel. Never stay again in this hotel!

Could not charge mobile phone in the room because the plug didn't works, I had to charge at lobby. Also I left my key at the lobby … then when I went to collect it I didn't remember the room number so had to book and pay for a new room. The price is fair but for the same amount you can find better value elsewhere in a more modern building.
