The room is very clean and spacey, even it is a studio, we got a really nice room that has the view to the swimming pool, the room decoration is also nice, the air conditioner is also cool. Would appreciate more if there is a thermos/water heater to make coffee but overall I had a really good experience and will definitely recommend this to my friends

Please improve the cleanliness again, spray anti-insect, clean the mattress again, replace the spray if someone has booked, don't let us wait for LG, at least there is tea or coffee and sugar, plates and glasses that are decent, okay? 🥹 Work seriously again, it's hard to find work, right?

The time we arrived at the room, someone already inside. We confused and the staff also confused we almost force the key to get inside, luckily weren’t. The staff ask me to go to another room and the room was not a good room. Theres so many small cockroaches in every spot, and after we use the bed to sleep, it’s itchy the next day

even though I booked an executive room, the TV in the room couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix and the electricity kept going off and on, there was no wardrobe to put clothes in. I moved to a regular studio room, even though it was a loss and I moved to the studio type, but the studio type didn't have a smart TV, they said earlier it was okay, but it couldn't watch Netflix, the AC wasn't that cold, it seemed like it had never been maintained, and I was very disappointed with the facilities and the unit, and the customer service was slow to respond.

This is the first time the room was so poorly maintained. The shelves were tilted and looked like they were about to fall off, and the curtains weren't fully upholstered, so you could see straight through the pool area. It's also a shame the refrigerator was on fire and couldn't be used, and there were no towels either. This has never happened to me before when booking at Cheap Inn, so I was disappointed because this was the first time I'd received such a poor room.

at the beginning we were given a room that smelled of cigarettes, then the mattress was also bad, not according to the one in the picture on traveloka., then we were changed rooms but it was still bad, the room was big but the mattress was really bad, it was crooked so sleeping gave me back pain, there was no hot water, the compote also didn't work. The TV was just placed on the table like that. I really don't want to stay there. This is the first and last time I book this apartment. It's really bad....

There are many issues regarding service, which can be directly or indirectly related to the rental agent, please fix the room unit because there are several things in the room that are starting to break down, and also the elevator, maybe it can be reported to the building management to be fixed, because sometimes the error cannot be used to go up.
