At room 316, air conditioner was not cooling. Wifi cannot get, need to go to lobby to access, lift under repair, need to use stair up. I had changed to other hotel nearby after 30 minutes check in after the receptionist allowed. Can online agent refund me the pay.

People can entire your room without master key … rude receptionist and it called you at 12 at night with an attitude as if I do not paid the room it happen once in a blue moon ….

The room was uncomfortable and lights out. I had to move to the other room. And unfortunately the last room I stayed had sane issues. I can't sleep all night just because the noises from power. Damn! Totally not gonna back.

For that price, it's OK, but the door handle is broken and it's hard to lock. When it's a bit noisy. Please improve service.

The condition of the room was dirty and the mattress did not match the photo, there were cockroaches, the sitting closet was dirty, dirty and smelly. The shower water comes out small, the receptionist's clothes are not polite. In my experience, this is the worst hotel, unfortunately I didn't take photos of the condition of the rooms. My advice to online agents is to do an offline survey first or survey via video call to the hotel before adding it to the hotel list in the application.
