Please don't anyone order this accommodation online because they don't accept it, in my experience I ordered on November 29 2023 via the application, until there they told me to cancel without a refund even though I had already paid for 2 rooms. The reason is that they don't get funds transfers from the application and the information is that they have removed their promotion via the application even though it is still there, so they will reject guests who order indirectly. Finally I had a fuss for an hour and was adamant that I didn't want to leave unless I was replaced by the money I paid. Seeing my cackling and stubborn attitude, they finally gave me the 2 rooms I ordered. For your information, the place is on the 2nd floor, up narrow stairs, the lobby is dark, the room outside the room is dark, the teenage receptionist is unprofessional, the room is actually clean but there are no towels, no tissue, the floor has not been swept, the bed is clean, there is no water drinking, the toilet floor is clean but very narrow, the tap is clogged and dirty, there is AC. For a price of almost 200 thousand in conditions like that, it's not worth it to me. So if you don't want to be a victim, don't book this hotel.
