Very nice & friendly accommodation. Good Food. They organize Tours to Bromo.

Stayed for 4 nights, wifi was not functioning the first two days, complained to hotel staffs, they offered me to upgrade the room but with extra charge. I mean, what? Finally at 3rd day, hotel bought a new modem, internet connection was not an issue for the last 2 days. Ants in the room, charge me for towel (70rb per day, I think they should've informed me in advance), hot water not functioning properly for 2 days.

Clean. Cozy outdoor garden. The bed is not pretty good for sleep. The bathroom little bit tiny.

This place is clean, good hospitality, and quite.

It's not worth the price as the resort is looking very run down, dirty and not the same as the photos advertised. (they still using all the nice photos from when the resort just opened around 2016) The shower in our Junior Suite is dirty, mouldy shower curtain and tiles, really bad smell in the bathroom sink as we found an Oyster shell stuck in the sink maybe from previous guests who threw it in there and the house keeping didn't look/clean properly before we checked in, the TV channels were not working as we couldn't watch our Australian sport or any international/world news such as BBC news channel and National Wild Life/geography channel, the bed side tables are dirty and dusty, also around the edges of the bed, the floor didn't look like it has been clean or mop. Plastic rubbish is around the mangrove board walk, especially towards the entrance. Overall, we were very disappointed with the resort condition (it's not what we expected to be). Other than that, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, but they just need to be supervised or shown how to maintain and clean the room, restaurant, and other areas properly. Ps, the view from our balcony is the only great memory we experienced, especially during early morning sunrise 👍.

The location is good. The staff is good. But (sorry to say) they really really need to improve their cleanliness. The room that I stayed had dusty floor, mosquitos, the aircon didn't work well, and the toilet was beyond dirty 😫 The water felt kind of like"slimy", and there were dead cockroach body parts. Eww.

The place is dirty, it seems that it hasn't been used for a long time, the equipment seems not maintained, the front terrace is not comfortable to sit back because there is a lot of dust. For a great location and. Strategic.
