Great hotel for transit to Raja Ampat. Bathroom in room very small, turn around and you get hit by door. Don't use transport outside hotel, they overcharge tourists and I don't understand why hotel management allows it. Just walk up the road and get app transport like grab. You will save a lot of money.

The room was not as advertised, he stayed in a family suite and they put the third mattress directly onto the floor. If you decide to do your laundry do not get your laundry done at the hotel they charge per piece of clothes and that means your laundry bill will be extremely expensive usually something that will cost 20 to 50 K will end up costing you about 180 K or 200 K. The staff was nice but other than that I don't really have any good recommendations for anyone staying at this hotel the price was decent but I would not recommend this hotel.

For a transit before airport. The staff don't speak english (me to) but there 's Google traduction. No smoking in room but in the hotel yes 😱.

3 nights they never made the bed, cleaned the room or changed towels. Breakfast was white bread, cheap jam, cold noodles. Room was poorly maintained, had AC but an opening above the door allows mosquitoes in at night.

Great location close to airport however horrible customer service. I had to get someone from main reception to pay restaurant bill because nobody available in restaurant. It 's also not possible to check in and only pick up key at 14h00. I would strongly suggest hotel staff get training from Swissbell Sorong for good customer service.

Perfect location, near to the pier to outer islands such as Misool, and Wayag. Also near to the airport. To reach Ramayana just a walking distance. The hotel had given up the restaurant for a tenant, the Wong Solo, so is it really convenient for people that looking for delicious and familiar meals. The rate was also reasonable. But... Originally, it was three stories of a handsome building, I meant it was ethnic style decorated, interior and exterior (you can see it outstanding among other buildings. Now, the second floor is closed down, so only the rooms on the third floor for rent. There's no elevator, and you must carry your own belonging. The rooms are old, dirty, bad odor, broken windows or door key. If you don't care about cleanness, safety, and want to save money, then this hotel is for you.
