I had a pleasant stay at this property because the service was nice, the food is good and this is the first time I had a pair of bolster in my hotel room. Will definitely stay there again if I happen to visit Tulungagung next time.

The receptionist was very very unfriendly. The AC ini my room was not cold. The receptionist said to wait another 10 minutes for the AC to cool down, after 10 minutes the receptionist said"try waiting again, it hasn't been 10 minutes"even though it was clearly more than 10 minutes. Then I just asks to moved rooms, but the AC ini this room was leaking (water was dripping from the AC).

Hotel location strategic. Very closed with food centre. Room so clean. Parking area okey. Acses to another place OK.

Very strategic location, comfortable room, and close to station and culinary place. Unfortunately, the actual price is different with application.
