This is my third time staying at Tanto. Whenever I got to go to Waingapu, Tanto is always the option. Even though no beach at the back, but it's in the middle of the city. The breakfast has been improved since last year I stayed there. Not it's more buffet style with rice, fried rice, egg, protein, vege, soup, and meat, and fruit. Not fancy but I can always find something to eat. Clean room. Just a suggestion, white and bright towel will be better. Friendly staff. This hotel is always improving, which is good.

Overall a good experience staying at the hotel. Generally clean and the staff is trying to help. The food at the restaurant is also quiet reasonably priced and taste is acceptable.

Room is clean but falling apart. Is it recovering from COVID pandemic? Maintenance seem behind. Can be cleaner especially on top of roof and all of the hidden places. Staffs are okay but they seem very timid. I wish Indonesia will adjust to western style of service where they bring out all of the drinks all at once then all of the food all at once. Nice pool, nice view. A great service from the hotel, offers for trips or excursions that the hotel trust.

For room cleanliness is not bad, but not with the bathroom, especially water. Just a suggestion for the Sacca Team is more concerned with the cleanliness of the bathroom, water and toilet. Thank you

Due to exceptionnal circomstances (Ferry didn't leave at the right time ) I could not check-in. I asked a refund or a credit, but they refused because of the non-refundable policy. I, sometimes, had exceptionnal events happening, and all hotels before accepted to exceptionnally refund me or change the date when it happened. I just recommend you to avoid this hotel, where the customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Comfort and clean room with good facilities (pool, bikes, etc), good breakfast menus, nice and helpful staffs, good location not far from airport. But cellular network or wifi signal is very weak or not good enough to acces from the room.

I spent one night in Jemmy hotel in standard room (with fan). Price is very affordable. The room quite spacious, but unfortunately no towel and blanket is provided. Breakfast is a small bread with tea that is provided in the middle of the hall. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel provides drop off service to airport with IDR 40,000 charge.

That is my first time staying at Baim Homestay which is really nice to me. The place is right at the center of the city making it easy to find some places to eat. What the most pleasant thing of the place is the cleanliness. With the price offered I never expected the room to be that comfy. Really recommended for those looking for a budget hotel.

Really love the atmosphere! The staffs are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in accommodating what guests want. I originally from Sumba and I know that some places that supposed to offer hospitality service are still struggling to train their workers to be solution makers and more friendly. However in Cassa Kandara, you nailed it! Good job! Btw, this is one of my family fave spots for swimming while enjoying delicious fried banana aka pisang goreng with cappuccino.
