My first and very pleasant experience, the photos match the condition of the room. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the water was clean. Bottled water, tea, sugar, coffee, and creamer were always refilled every day. Towels and mats were always replaced with clean ones every day. I don't regret staying 7 nights here. The restaurant is luxurious, the food is delicious and complete, I gained weight 😂. I really like it here. The staff are friendly and polite. In the room there is a TV with Netflix service, making the kids feel at home in the room. Top markotop 🥰. Thank you Grand Jatra Hotel Balikpapan. A pleasant and unforgettable experience.

This is my second stay here. The room is quite comfortable and cool. Plus, the view overlooks the airport, allowing you to see planes taking off and landing. It's a truly unique experience. One of my favorite spots is the restaurant. Besides enjoying the food, I can also enjoy the view of Sepinggan Airport and the expansive ocean. I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.
