The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

The next room is very noisy, from 3am to 5am. There are sounds of pushing tables and chairs. Strange, why in the horel room keep pushing tables or chairs. Disturbing rest time.
There is a Qur'an but the contents are crazy. From Al Baqarah straight to Ali Imran, missing some verses.
There is only 1 glass for gargling in the bathroom, even though the room is for 2 people.
Please pay attention to the hotel, hopefully in the future it can be better.

I stayed in 6th floor 61*I ordered food based on the price in the QR, but when I wanted to pay, the receptionist said that's the previous price and not updated yet. There's a sound like hammer and water tank all night. Called the receptionist but nothing's changed. The most terrible thing, the closet was broken and unable to flush the feces.

Access to the hotel is very easy and the hotel is also close to the busway stop and many culinary places to visit. All staff are very friendly and very responsive when there are problems with the hotel room. I happened to get a room with a bathroom door that had a handle that was a little difficult to open and the hotel immediately offered to move rooms. If you want to find a hotel around Kemang with an affordable price, this hotel could be an alternative

Nice view..neat and clean room..
BUT unfortunately the AC is not cold..at 12-4 am I woke up because it was hot..the window can't be opened..it's such a shame I stayed for 2 nights..so I didn't get enough sleep because the AC was not working. The staff said the machine was dead and it turned out to be a long time ago..what an improvement, dear Bintang

Stay at the Hotel for 2 nights with family. The available rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean, only the shower water is not strong enough to come out. Breakfast has many choices, the taste of the food is standard. The only minus is, the staff is less responsive and tends to be unfriendly to guests. My parents' room electricity went out for +/- 30 minutes, I called FO but the Engineering team came +/- 15 minutes after the call (already called FO 3 times). I asked for sandals through FO, it took +/- 15 minutes. Requests for amenities were responded to slowly. Security also did not have a list of guest vehicles staying. My family and I went in and out of the hotel many times using the same car, always asked where to go and what hotel number. Parking for hotel guests is a bit difficult at night because the basement parking lot is already used by CLUB guests.
