I was assigned a smoking floor even though the room I booked was actually non-smoking. Aryaduta was very accommodating, accommodating my needs with a baby, and even finding another room on the non-smoking floor, even a free upgrade. Highly recommend the service.

The location is strategic, with plenty of eateries nearby. The room was generally clean, but the carpet had a lot of stains. Breakfast wasn't crowded, and the menu was varied and tasty. The most unpleasant experience was check-in. We arrived at 2:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready. After waiting 2.5 hours, we were finally able to check in. It was a long wait.

My first time staying at Aryaduta Bandung, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bandung.

My family and I booked a room on June 24, 2025, for a stay between July 4 and July 5, 2025, with a Deluxe room with one large bed. However, upon check-in, we were given a Deluxe room with twin beds, claiming the rooms were already full. We were very disappointed with the hotel's arbitrary change of room even though we had already booked on June 24, 2025.

We are very happy to be at the Aryaduta Bandung Hotel, the room facilities are okay, the location is close to everywhere, the staff are pleasant and helpful, the price is quite cheap with such room facilities, we will definitely come back.. Without a doubt, we will stay at Aryaduta Bandung again.

Actually I am a person who rarely shares bad experiences, but this is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Starting from having contacted the hotel long ago for booking notes I asked for a queen bed and a non-smoking room because I brought an 18 month old baby then this request was confirmed by the hotel well, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that all room types were full, only twin beds and smoking rooms were available, for the twin beds the hotel helped to put them together which was not a problem for me, then for the smoking room the receptionist said "it has been treated long ago if you want to smell it you can inform us" then when we arrived at the room the smell of cigarette smoke was really thick I had trouble breathing, I was really disappointed because the problem was I brought a baby, what would my child do if he has a cold? I called service to follow up, but nothing was done. I went to reception and they said they would add ozone and deodorizer. When I returned to the room, the smell of smoke persisted. I slept all night, filled with fear and suffocation because my child had to breathe in the smoke all night. If there were no non-smoking rooms available, we should have been notified days in advance. Even if I had contacted the hotel well in advance, they should have been notified so I could have considered whether to cancel or get a refund. This isn't about hospitality, but about the child's health! It's no joke... an 18-month-old baby spent the night in a smoking room with very strong cigarette smoke. I was truly disappointed. Other facilities at this 5-star hotel include the TV not working, the refrigerator not cooling, and the bathroom still had cigarette ash residue, and there was no exhaust. This was my first and last stay here. We will never return to this hotel again

borrowed a spoon from 5.00, after calling 3 times it still didn't arrive, it was sent 45 minutes later.... the food was already cold, the staff took too long to deliver it, when I called they would send it immediately, I called every 15 minutes up to 3 times ;(

Nice hotel close to BIP mall and traffic park for kids to play.

The location is very strategic, next to BIP, the rooms are quite spacious, only the furniture needs to be updated and the rooms are not soundproof, the breakfast menu is very varied and tastes good.

The location is really in the middle so anywhere you want to go is close and the room is big and very clean. Very comfortable and will come back here again

If I go to Bandung, I always stay here. The location is in the middle of the city and the rooms are comfortable.

⭐5 For This Hotel, Its strategic location in the center of Bandung and direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall (BIP), This hotel is also family friendly, there is a Rabbit Park, Kids Club, and a fairly large pool. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast is also the best, the menu is varied and the taste is really good. And the best thing about this hotel is the service, all the staff at this hotel are very humble and friendly. If I may give some input, please improve the lighting in the room. Overall, I am very happy to stay here. Thanks Aryaduta Bandung♥️♥️

the lift not good is not good
