A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

I love how the hotel implements the hospitality. I think this is the great decision to choose Ashley Wahid Hasyim for my staycation. I got an upgrade for my room (I was booking the superior and then got a free upgrade to the executive ones). Entering the room for the first time was a very memorable experience to me. I wasn't expecting to get such a warm welcoming in a such relatively affordable hotel with great quality of service. But I got some beautiful and tasty cupcakes with the welcome letter and cute decoration, which is very lovely. Not forget to mention, from my experience, I feel like this is a very well maintained hotel; Clean, the facilities work well; With all the complimentary essential needs provided. Thank you for offering the enjoyable experience.

The receptionist smiled friendly... the room service was also good, the room was clean but the bathroom 302 sliding door couldn't be closed properly and often opened by itself... the shower washer hose also needed to have its seal replaced so that the water wouldn't go everywhere... in general it was good with an affordable price.

The location is very strategic. The staff is also friendly. The restaurant staff are also very empathetic. The room is clean.
The room's AC is not cool. My child slept sweating and was very hot. It was very hot during the day.

It was a pleasant stay.
Upon check-in, I had to wait about 15 minutes for my room to be prepared. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Room Amenities & Wi-Fi
The bathroom shower leaked, causing the water flow to be slow, but it was still usable. The Wi-Fi doesn't have a password, making it vulnerable to cyberattacks. The Wi-Fi network also doesn't work for live streaming. You need to log in to your own account to watch Netflix.
Food
The food is quite varied, with fruit flavors not too sweet, almost bland. The fried rice, chicken, and scrambled eggs are delicious.

Ashley is always my favorite places to stay. The distinctive scent, from the lobby, elevator, gym, restaurant, room corridor, toilet and bedroom lighting is very good and warm, comfortable and clean. It’s just that I request a quite room because there is an important interview but the right and left rooms are a bit disturbing because they are noisy.
