The location is strategic if you want to go to the mall, just walk. However, the rooms are not like a typical star hotel. They still have air conditioning, not central air conditioning. The mattresses are also a bit hard.

The strategic location is what makes this hotel a choice, because it is in the same building as the mall... if the room size is very small for a fairly expensive price rate... moreover the bathroom closet is really close to the wall... hehe.. so if you want a staycation of more than 2 days, you have to think twice...

My first time staying at Astara HTL. Good access inside BSB Mall. There is a waterpark too, perfect for swimming after breakfast. The breakfast menu is standard. Coincidentally, when I stayed there during school holidays, the hotel was very busy, there was a bit of a queue for check-in and check-out.
By the way, I got a room on the 11th floor, but I slept through the night with some noise, either from the engine or the vehicles passing by. 😄. Overall, I would rate it 7/10. Thank you.

Very family friendly😻 There is a waterboom, I booked through trvloka and got free aquaboom tickets for 2 people🥰🩷 . The location is also very good, around the hotel there are lots of entertainments, there are malls, beaches, sports centers

Long check in because we didn't pay attention to the queue, and the staff at the bar were rude. The story is that it was our first time here, and we just found out that the hotel is divided into 3 buildings, then my room turned out to be a separate building from the P6 parking area. So when I went to the parking lot, I had to turn around and exit the building in the pool area, and when I wanted to go back to my room, I got lost and entered the wrong hotel building, it's natural that I didn't know because it was my first time and the buildings were separated like this. And when I got lost, I met about 6 staff at the BAR and when I asked, instead of being answered, they laughed at me, they were just satisfied laughing and didn't answer my question at all because they had seen me getting lost going back and forth looking for my room building, (please check the CCTV, the incident occurred on 6-27-2025 at around 15:00) I swear that was very unethical and very annoying, luckily there was still one male staff near the door who directed me.
