Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort

The first plus point of this hotel was that upon arriving at the lobby, the staff was quick to carry our bags. During check-in, there was a welcome drink and free cotton candy for the kids. The hotel design is beautiful and very instagrammable for photos. The room we booked was upgraded to the Heritage type. Nice. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and dining table, a microwave. There is a sofa for watching TV, a balcony with chairs, and a separate bedroom. There is also a TV in the bedroom, the best. There are also quite a lot of power outlets. Drinking water is also free to refill at the dispenser in each hallway, with hot and cold water too, great. Our twin beds can even be requested to be combined into one, complete with a support cloth so that the mattress curves are not felt, the sheets are also changed. It really isn't just put together. Top. There are 3 swimming pools, with foam parties in the kids' pool on weekends. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds. There are massage chairs (paid) for parents to use while waiting for their children to play in the playground. Moving on to the minuses, the taste of the food for breakfast, although the food variety is quite extensive, but the taste could be improved. Another plus was that upon checkout, we received a free voucher for a family photo taken on the hotel grounds by the photographer. It was printed and framed for free, which was awesome. The photo session with the photographer lasted about 15 minutes, so we could take multiple photos and change locations if we had enough time. There's a fee for the soft copy. In conclusion, this hotel is highly recommended for a family staycation.

Stayed at Aston Bogor on August 17, 2026 with my family. The service was excellent from check-in, the receptionist was very prompt and friendly. Even though there were a lot of guests at that time because it was a holiday, everyone was well served even though they had to wait for the room to be ready. The room was also very spacious, upgraded to a Condotel, very suitable for resting with family. The room was clean and fragrant. The breakfast food was delicious, varied, but couldn't sit outside because it was crowded, so it was a bit hot. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back again. Oh yes, there are several swimming pools... and all of them are fun.

The hotel staff was friendly and kind, the restaurant had a varied menu, the rooms were comfortable, and there were rides for kids. The only downside was the kiddie pool rides, like the slides and tipping buckets. Otherwise, everything was great. Staff member Anin provided free fish food.

I've stayed at Aston three times, and the most special thing is the variety of food. It's delicious.

Early check-in request was not possible, so we waited in the lounge for approximately 1 hour. The valet parking staff were friendly and kind. After 2 hours in the room, the AC leaked. The responsive staff immediately moved us to the same floor. At night there was the sound of geckos, and in the morning they were in the room (check-out time was already informed). The breakfast staff were good and friendly.

App requests weren't read. A request for a towel decoration for someone's birthday was completely unavailable. A leaking bathroom needed repair because there were already leak marks on the ceiling, indicating a regular leak.

So far, it's comfortable, and the hotel staff is friendly. The operator's phone never goes through. It would be nice to be more communicative with contact information (operator, housekeeping, restaurant, etc.).

The room was incredibly dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped. Dust covered the mattress and the sofa, and there was even trash. Our child has allergies, so his allergies flared up. The bathroom floor was slippery. If you bring elderly parents, it's best to have them accompany you. Please review the cleaning supervisor.

Always the first choice when staying in Bogor

I didn't specify "joined bed" when booking, only "1 large bed." So, the twin beds were combined when we actually checked into the room. I found it uncomfortable. The room, pillows, towels, and sheets didn't smell good, but at least they were clean and dry. The breakfast and food were great, which is why I've stayed here several times. Please keep doing that. If asked if I'd stay again, this hotel would definitely be one of my first choices when in Bogor.
