Using a deluxe room 1202, the AC leaked badly and was very detrimental. It was no longer dripping but flowing heavily. It was in the middle of the night when I was tired and sleepy.

This is the first time my family and I have come to stay at the Aston Bogor hotel..very nice staff from the front liner to inside the hotel..my room was upgraded by the staff to a condotel without any additional charges..really enjoyed staying at this hotel with excellent service and services, I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends..clean rooms..clean service area, complete facilities, the hotel is very clean and well maintained..the lighting is also good..nice view too..overall it is very good..thanks to Aston for your memorable first experience.

A good place to bring children and family for refreshing, have been to Aston Bogor several times. My input for water heater equipment that is no longer suitable for use should be replaced immediately. Thank you

friendly staff, children's play facilities are quite good, children are happy and activities for children in the swim pool on Sundays are fun. I will probably come back here for a vacation. the price I got was also very worth it, I already got dinner and breakfast. .

Overall it was very comfortable even though I stayed on a weekday and there were no activities for children but I was quite happy because the hotel was spacious, there were lots of pools, all the food was delicious, there were also places for children to do activities so the children were quite happy.. if I may suggest for those who want to come here, it's better to come on the weekend because there are more activities for children 😃 oh yes, there are also Friday prayers at the hotel if anyone wants to stay on Friday, the staff are also friendly #top

Highly recommended for family with kids due to a lot of kids activities. Aston has very good surrounding with green field (for outbond activities) and sound of river flows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work to Aston crew.
