This brand new hotel in Jemursari was awesome! Very recommend for staycation. The facilities = great. The interior = so fancy. The service = excellent. The staff = very very helpful. The food & beverage = taste yummy and thank you for refreshing almond milk & yoghurt smoothie. Would come back for staycation! Thank you Aston Inn Jemursari:)

Hopefully the menu choices will be increased again and the restaurant space is too small, hopefully in the future it can be improved. The rest is really worth it.

I chose a very small breakfast menu and it was only 8 o'clock but most of it was already gone and the staff didn't refill it even though it was a long weekend.

The hotel staff is friendly, kind, and very helpful. Parking is minimal because it is located in an alley, but the security guards are very helpful, so just be patient waiting for your car. The room is comfortable and clean. I was happy because I got a free refill of water, it's not bad not to buy mineral water from outside.

Overall it is quite comfortable for a staycation even though the place is a bit "narrow" like in an alley. It's just that the walls are not soundproof at all, the sound from the next room sounds loud so it's quite disturbing. The most enjoyable thing is, the TV is already a Smart TV with Netflix and there is Google Nest.

Lobby and restaurant were clean and quite big. welcome drink and snack were good. Room actually nice and Compact. staffs were nice and helpful, But there're several notes:
- corridor all AC is dead, hot
- on the 6th floor, 3 dispensers are dusty, only 1 is filled
- toilet partition glass is very short so the shower water goes everywhere. 2 nights here, 2x had to ask for extra mats.
- the worst part is the bed. I don't know what standard bed is used. the mattress is very hard, can't turn over, in the morning my whole body hurts, the mattress is concave.
As long as the bed is still like this, definitely not coming back.

Vale car park, very easy and friendly, the food is delicious and varied, the welcome drink is very refreshing plus a small cake. The room is clean. Incidentally, the location of the hotel is close to our event venue. Although the place is like in a housing complex, the surrounding environment is close to Mc Don, etc. I wanted to see the sunset and overslept at the swimming pool. It's just that the swimming pool is very small. So far everything is good

When I first checked in, I got a room with one of the lights broken. After complaining, the hotel team immediately gave me another room that had no problems with the lights. Everything was immediately responded to quickly by the hotel team at that time. Thank you
