This brand new hotel in Jemursari was awesome! Very recommend for staycation. The facilities = great. The interior = so fancy. The service = excellent. The staff = very very helpful. Worth every penny...
Friendly service from the front desk agent (thanks for the upgrade, though). The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was cold, and the water heater worked well. This is my second time back here.

The service and room were okay. However, breakfast was mostly sold out and lacked variety, which is a shame, considering the food was quite tasty. By the way, the room was a suite. It was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable. The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance at the time. Hopefully, it will be finished soon so we can enjoy the pool again sometime soon.

I like staying here because it has a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix. Drinks are also provided in gallon jugs, so there's minimal waste. The room is clean. The breakfast options aren't extensive, but they're delicious. Oh yeah, my room was upgraded to deluxe upon check-in, thank you.

It's always a pleasure staying at Aston. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are new and modern. 👍🏻
However, please pay attention to the drainage in Room 311. When showering and using the sink, the drainage isn't smooth and tends to pool.
Also, the door to the room is a bit difficult to close, which could be improved in the future.
But overall, everything is fine. 👍🏻

From the beginning of arriving by car, I was greeted by the hotel valet service .. the car was really well taken care of and without any hope of lacking anything .. then entered the reception on the 1st floor, provided a FREE Welcome Drink, the check-in process was fast, the receptionist was also helpful and informative .. entered the room hallway, the hallway although carpeted but not dusty and clean, even though it was a smoking room but I salute, from the hallway and the room there was no cigarette smell at all .. the room was also very spacious with a balcony and what I liked most was that pitchers and gallons were lined up to reduce plastic waste .. inside the room was also clean and fragrant and there was a google nest .. moreover the google nest can set an alarm so you don't have to worry about oversleeping for breakfast .. oh yes, for breakfast it was very varied, then I was most "WOW" because they provided mixed Madurese porridge .. why is that when I was also really craving Madurese porridge for breakfast .. and the menu was also sooooooooo much .. when checking in they also gave me a grace period until 12:30 from which should be at 12:00.. there is a swimming pool, gym on the top floor itself.. the service from Aston is really great..

Sorry, I was originally very comfortable with this hotel. They always greeted us friendly when we left/returned and if there was breakfast, they would always ask if we wanted to be taken down or escorted to our room so that we could be more comfortable whether we were late or not. But unfortunately, that was 4 years ago. Now it's very different.

For the room I chose, I got the top floor. I need to climb a high ladder, which can be a problem for the elderly. The AC is cold. The hot water is hot, but when I tried it in the morning, it wasn't cold.
